High-Speed Single-Loop Pile Knitting Machine
Introduction :    

New model SH-2SP is a single-loop pile knitting machine with a high-volume production. This machine is built with the most advanced structural design, and a specially-designed transmission system; also equipped with a steel washer to adjust the stitch system. The knitting needles are controlled by a computerized milling-processed and closed type cam holder which can ensure higher precision. Higher production at lower cost, and high quality loop pile fabrie are its special fertures.

Performance Features :
A. 

The gear drive is of 'oil bath' type which ensures the roller balls of the bearing receive fully lubrication during high speed operation and are not easily damaged in the long run. this prolongs machine service life.
B. Central stitch control system :
In order to alter the stitch quickly, we have equipped with this central stitch control system which enable lessen time for adjusting and in the meantime can adjust all the feeder precisely and regulate controlled the stitch system.
C. The control panel uses push-button type which is structurally excellent and easy to exchange without failure.
With 4 digit production counter and RPM speeder as standard accessories.
3 shift production counter is standard.
D. Fukahama brand multi-tube oil mist lubricator is standard, USA-made is optional.
E. Transmission system:
In order to facilitate test-run and exchange cams and needles, the upper portion of the switch installed with 2 American type handle bar for easier operation.
The 'take-down' device is at 60-steps speed or manual-speed drive system.
To use Taiwan 'Tatung' motor as standard. 
To use Japanese 'Toshiba' or 'Sanken' inverter as standard.
The safety net adopts American-specified fence type safety net design ( which has equipped with a safety switch, when opening the net, the machine stops running immediately for safety purpose.)

Bobbin Rack Drive System :
A.  Yarn feeding device
The 2SP model using 'Fukahama' brand USA type positive storage yarn feeder.
The 2SP model using ST/24v or SG/24v ( single punch or single-layer gear type).
As the German-made 'Memminger MPF' yarn feeder is optional.
B.  Side creel assembled with D/8 type-double tie is Standard, but 'tuber creel' & 'over-head creel' are optional.
C.  Taiwan-made 360o radar cleaning fan with center Cleaning tuber are as standard.
For other brands of fan made in U.S.A. Or Germany are optional.
D.  Touch type detector-needle switch as standard but without 'Memminger fabric scanner'.

Knitting Features :
  This machine knits synthetic yarn, fibre yarn, polyester filament velour, polyester textured velour, polar fleece, single face brushed pile and lycra velour.
To ensure the perfection of the loop surface and loop length, also performs excellent quality in appearance with minimum shearing loss, it is widest versatility for knitting fashionable men & women's wear, children's wear, sports wear and industrial fabrics.

Other Features :
The machine also equipped with 'Groz-Beckert' high speed & high performance needles.
Uses Uniwave needle oil # 500 ( it gives excellent lubrication and stable speed operation in both cold and hot climate areas ).
Uses "Kern-Liebers" high speed-high performance sinkers.
The cylinder is made of high quality Swedish steel and forging processed also handled by computerized milling system, the quality conforms to the standard of the United States.
