Performance

Gear-driven uses England-made healy wire race bearings. During high speed operation, all roller balls receive full lubrication. In prolonged operation, these roller balls do not get damaged easily. This extends machine life.

This machine can make many different types of loop-pile fabric in filament or span yarns, single jersey velvet, diamond velvet and pola fleece. With low shearing loss, even loop, no droppings etc. characteristics, this machine can match with any demand of high grade garments.
Meanwhile, by using PK tuck cams, this machine can make pique pile fabric as well as excellent lycra fabric by using Memminger lycra device MER-4/R/24V. |
