Performance Features
A. 

Gear-driven uses England-made healy wire race bearings. During high speed operation, all roller balls receive full lubrication. In prolonged operation, these roller balls do not get damaged easily. This extends machine life.
B. Washer-type stitch control system, adjust the fabric thickness directly from the numerical screw on the cam holder. You also can insert the washer into the bottom of cam block base then lock it to get more thickness variation of the fabric.
(This machine is very sensitive on changing stitch, it is easily to make line bar on the fabric if used central stitch control system.)

C. Pattern wheel has cover additional, fixing the cover on pattern wheel then the user can knit plain loop pile fabric.
D. Easily change design. because of fixed pattern wheel position on each feeder, it is easily to replace the pattern wheel. When fitted pattern jack, each pattern wheel with a sign on it to facilitate the technician to replace it.
E. Yarn carriers are fitted on single ring. The user can get equal/even timing very easily, saving adjustment time.
F. High precision touched type control panel with R.P.M. meter and three shift counter, easily to change it and durable even in long time operation.

Standard running speed is for reference only. Optimum speed depends upon yarn, gauge, needle oil used. 

Transmission System
A. 

In order to facilitate trial-running, change design, on the upper of stand is installed with 2 American type handles.
B. 

Uses national standard TA-TUNG motor.
C. 

JAPANESE TOSHIBA or MITSUBISHI inverter device is standard.
D. 

120-step take-down device is standard.
E. 

Electronic / cloth folding take-down device is optional.
F. 

Covered type gates with acrylic window (conforming to CE regulations) is special for EU area. Fenced-type safety gates adopt American specification. 
Sensor switch is fitted on each gate. Machine will stop immediately if any gate is opened.

Fukahama Brand Multi-Tube Oil Mist Lubricator is Standard 

 

Uniwave Quantum and Memminger Pulsonic lubricator is optional.

Bobbin Rack Drive Standards
A.  All models use Fukahama USA type DT/24V or DG/24V (double layer punch or double layer gear type) positive storage feeders.

Memminger MPF is optional.

Fabric Features
A.  This machine can knit two kinds of loop-pile jacquard fabrics, one is combined with filament (for face) & TC/TR yarn (for back), another is combined with cotton (for face) & polyester (for back).
B.  It also can make different size of loop pile jacquard fabric.(such as car seat cover ...)

Other Features :

Uses Groz-Beckert high speed, high performance needles.

Uses Uniwave needle oil #505 (It gives excellent lubrication and stable high speed operation in both cold and hot climate areas)
