Introduction

Since the production of the MODEL DF2 and DF3, we have undergone ten years of continuous research and improvement, poured in large sums of investment capital, purchased high production technology from European and American manufacturers. Finally we were able to develop the MODEL-FDF3-HighSpeed Single Jersey (+3 Thread Fleece) Knitting Machine. Aside from producing high quality fleece fabric, this model can be transformed into to a High Speed Sinker Four Track Knitting Machine. Basing interchanging is easy and also serves many purposes. To the users, this means savings in machine procurement cost. For the producers, its superior performance means long term savings in labor and technical adjustment time.

Performance Features
A. 

Gear driven is of oil bath type. Roller balls receive full lubrication during high speed operation, not easily damaged in the long run. This prolongs machine service life. 
B. Central stitch control system:

Unlike other brands, our central stitch control system needs only a hexagonal wrench to adjust screws in order to change stitch and weight per yard. This lessens re-adjustment time. No loosenings even under prolonged use. 

C. Cam and Cam Holder

For uniformity, it interchangeable with machines of the same size. They enable the machine to changed easily from the fleece model to single jersey structure. This saves changing time and assures 100% setting accuracy. 

D. Three feeds per diametrical inch 
For Knitting fleece fabric, 1x1, 2x1 and 3x1 cams are included. For single jersey, 2x1x1 cam included. (knit cam 2 rows, tuck cam 1 row, welt cam 1 row)

Single jersey customers can purchase additional cams depending on demand. 
E. Adopts Fleece structure 
Simultaneously includes double push sinker cams and segmented sinker cap. 

This cam is standard accessory. 

F. Control panel uses push buttons that are structurally excellent, easy to change and durable even in prolonged operation.

Three-shift counter and RPM meter are standard.

Hsing Hua brand multi-tube oil mist lubricator is standard.

Uniwave Quantum and Memminger Pulsonic lubricator are optional.
H. Drive lege

In order to facilitate test runs an operation, the upper leg portion is intalled with two American type handle bars. The three legs are also equipped with start, stop and jog switches.
Uses national standard TATUNG motor.

Japanese TOSHIBA inverter are standard.
60-step manual speed change take down is standard.
Uses cage type protective fance.
(Machine stops operation once fence is opened.)

Bobbin Rack Drive Standards
A.  Yarn feeding device

Uses Fukahama brand DT/24V or DG/24V (double layer punch or gear type) positive storage yarn feeders.

Other German-made MPF yarn feeding devices are optional.

In order to maintain performance and productivity, our machines would not be installed with other brands of yarn feeders.
B.  German-made Memminger D/8 type side creel assembly with double tie is standard.

Other overhead creel and tuber creel are optional.
C.  Taiwan-made Hsiang Wei brand 360o radar cleaning fan and center cleaning tuber are standard.
D.  Touch type needle switch is standard.

Fabric Features
A.  Capable of knitting multi-style single side fabric and thick sports clothing etc. (I.E. T-shirts, under wears, sports wears of natural and synthetic materials)
B.  When matched with special yarn design, it can knit special fabric. (wool, rabbit hair, acrylic yarn etc.)
C.  Knits printed fabric and thick woolen cloth.
D.  When matched with Dupont Lycra, it can knit elastic, doublet, chemise and many kinds of underwear and sports.

Other Features :

Uses German Groz-Beckert high performance needles.

Uses German Kern-Libers multiple type high performance sinker piece.

Uses American Uniwave needle oil #500 (Gives excellent lubrication and stable high speed operation in both hot and cold climate areas.)

Feeder piece is made of high grade steel material. They have high abrasion resistance, are easy to change and install, thus saving changing time and cost.

The cylinder is forged and processed from high grade swedish steel, and milled by CNC auto milling machine. Its quality conforms to international standards.
