Introduction

To upgrade our product standard, we have hired Japan technicians who have vast experience in mechanical construction and quality control to develop new machine types. After continuous improving & trial running, we have again successfully introduced a new world-class knitting machine SH-JFA series. Its structural design has been granted numerous patents and has passed 4 long years high speed trial running by JAPAN KOKUSEN SHOKAI CO. and U.K. customers. Its high speed and high production can lower the costs and raise profits for the owners. Moreover, its easy operation can save labor and adjusting time of technicians on the long term.

Performance Features
A. 

Gear-driven use oil bath bearings. In long time & high speed operation all roller balls receive full lubrication which will decrease operation temperature. This feature can extend usable machine life.
B. CENTRAL STITCH CONTROL SYSTEM：
Unlike other brands, our central stitch control system needs only a hexagonal wrench to adjust screws to change stitch and weight per yarn. This feature can save adjusting time. No looseness even under prolonged use. This is standard equipment.
C. Interchangeable cam and cam holder even with other machines.

Computer-milled cam holder has accurate graduation for numerical adjustments. Setting of cam holder is only single bevel screw that saves time for changing cam and accuracy in the long term.

D. 4-track type cam holder sets enable owners to have many uses from one machine, no need to purchase redundant machines.

JFA3 series with 4-track cam holder, knit cam: 2-track, tuck cam:1-track, welt cam:1-track are standard accessory.

JFA4 series with 4-track cam holder, knit cam: 2-track, tuck cam: 1-track, welt cam:1-track are standard accessory.
E. Touch type control panel with high precision. Easy to be replaced and durable even in long time operation.

4-digit counter and R.P.M. meter are standard.

3-shift counter is standard.

All cams are computer-engraved, hardness degree (HRC) conforms to the testing standard of JAPAN HOKUSEN SHOKAI CO..
F. FUKAHAMA brand multi-tube oil mist lubricator is standard.

UNIWAVE QUANTUM and MEMMINGER PULSONIC lubricator are optional.
G. In order to facilitate trial-running and change cams & needles, on the upper of leg is installed with 2 American type handles.

Uses national standard TATUNG motor.

JAPANESE TOSHIBA OR MITSUBISHI inverter device is standard.

60-step cloth cutting take-down device is standard.

Cloth folding take-down device is optional.

Fence-type safety gates adopt American specification. Each gate with sensor switch which will stop the machine as soon as the gate is opened.

If courses are computed in inches, then 1yd.=3ft=12x3=36 inches

If courses are computed in centimeters, then 1m=100cm.

For single side stripe computation, yarn feeder number must be divided by 2, because 2 yarn feeders produce a stripe.

Bobbin Rack Drive Standards
A.  Yarn feeding device

JFA3 and JFA4 series use FUKAHAMA BRAND U.S.A. Type positive storage.

MEMMINGER MPF positive storage is optional.

To maintain excellent performance and production, our machines should not be installed with other brands positive storage except the aforementioned.
B.  Side creel assembly D/8 type with double tie is standard, but Tuber creel and overhead creel are optional.
C.  FUKAHAMA 360o Radar and cleaning fan center cleaning tuber are standard.

Other American and German made fans are optional.
D.  Touch type needle switch & fabric switch are standard. Memminger fabric scanner LMW is optional.

Fabric Features
A.  This machine can knit various single jersey fabric from natural and synthetic fibers such as T-shirt, underwear, sports wear, pants, etc.
B.  Matched with special yarn design, it can knit special fabrics(such as wool, rabbit hair, acrylic yarn, silk etc.)
C.  It also can knit printed fabric and industrial cloth.
D.  Matched with MEMMINGER MER-2/4/R/24V attachment (optional), it can knit elastic cloth, underwear, sports wear, ...etc.

Other Features :

Uses Groz-Beckert high speed, high performance needles.

Uses Uniwave needle oil #500(It gives excellent lubrication and stable high speed operation in both cold and hot climate areas)

Uses double push sinker pieces and double sinker push cams.

The cylinder is made of high quality swedish steel, and processed by computer milling. Quality conforms to the standard of JAPAN HOKUSEN SHOKAI CO.
