Introduction

Our NFA and SFA series single jersey knitting machines have undergone 4 long years of high speed tests conduted by Artex textile Machinery Ltd of the U.S.A., and further modifications and R & D are continuously being made. These have won for our company complete customer's trust and satisfaction. In order to upgrade our product standard, we have hird American engineers who have vast experience in mechanical construction and quality control to develop new machine types. After continuous testings, we have again successfully developed a new world-class knitting machine-the SH-XFA. Its structural design has already been granted numerous patents, and passed tests conducted by Artex. We hope the high speed and production capability of this machine can lower the costs and raise profits for the owners. Moreover, this machine's easy operation can save labor and adjustment time of technicians on the long term.

Per customer's special requirements, we can produce multi-function fleece lining fabric-FDF3 series and XFA series combines.

Performance Features
A. 

Gear drive uses oil bath bearing. During high speed operation, all roller balls receive full lubrication. In prolonged operation, these roller balls do not get damaged easily. This extends usable machine life.

B. Central stitch control system:

Unlike other brands, our central stitch control system needs only a hexagonal wrench to adjust screws in order to change stitch and weight per yard. This lessens adjustment time. No loosenings even under prolonged use. (This is standard accessory) 
C. Interchangeable cam and cam holder even with other machines.

Computer-milled cam holder has accurate graduation for numerical adjustments. Setting of cam holder is by single bebel and screw that reduces cam change time, and assures 100% setting accuracy. 

D. Cam holder set are of 4 tracks type. this enables owners to have many uses from one machine.

XFA series:4-track cam holder, knit cam (1 row) is standard. 

2XFA:4-track cam holder, knit cam (2 row), tuck cam (1 row), welt cam (1 row) is standard.

4XFA:4-track cam holder, knit cam (4 row), tuck cam (2 row),welt cam (2 row) is standard.

2XFA 30"x150F: 2-track cam holder, knit cam (2 row), tuck track (1 row), welt track (1 row ) is standard. 
E. Control panel uses push buttons that are structurally excellent, easy to change and durable even on prolonged operation.

4-digit counter and R.P.M. meter are standard.

3-shift counter is standard.

F. Hsing Hua brand multi-tube oil mist lubricator is standard.

Uniwave Quantum and Memminger Pulsonic lubricator are optional.
G. Drive :

In order to facilitate test-runs, and changing of cams and needles, The upper leg portion of this machine installed with 2 American type handle bars.

Uses national standard TATUNG motor.

Japanese TOSHIBA inverter device is standard.

60-step manual speed change take down is standard.

Electric take down is optional.

Safety net adopts Artex Co. (U.S.) specified fence-type safety net design. (every safety net has a safety switch. for safety, machine immediately stops running when this is opened.)

If courses are computed in inches, then 1yd. = 3ft = 12 x 3 = 36 inches.

If courses are computed in centimeters, then 1m = 100cm.

For single side stripe computation. yarn feeder number must be divided by 2 because 2 yarn feeders produce a stripe.

Bobbin Rack Drive Standards
A.  Yarn feeding device

All models (XFA, 2XFA, 4XFA) use Fukahama U.S. type positive storage.

XFA and 2XFA use ST/24V or SG/24V (single layer punch or single gear type.)

4XFA use DT/24V or DG/24V (single layer punch or 2-layer gear type.

Other German-made MPF yarn feeding devices are optional.

In order to maintain relative performance and productivity our machines should not be installed with other brands of yarn feeders except the aforementioned.
B.  Side creel assembly D/8 type with double tie is standard, but Tuber creel and overhead creel are optional.
C.  Radar cleaning fan and center cleaning tuber are standard.

Other American and German made fans are optional.
D.  Touch type needle switch & fabric switch are standard.

Memminger fabric scanner LMW is optional.

Fabric Features
A.  This machine is capable of knitting various single jersey fabric from natural and synthetic fibers such as T-shirt, underwear, sports wear, pants, etc.
B.  Matched with special yarn design, it can knit special fabrics (from wool, rabbit hair, acrylic yarn, silk etc.)
C.  Knits printed fabric and industrial cloth.
D.  By using special yarn carriers (optional) and memminger mer-4/R/24V rubber yarn feeding device (optional) rubber barevr core yarns can be knitted in the dial thus permitting a range of stretch underwear / sports wear fabrics to be prouced.

Other Features :

Uses Groz-Beckert high speed, high performance needles.

Uses Uniwave needle oil #F500 (It gives excellent lubrication and stable high speed operation in both cold and hot climate areas)

This machine's sinkers use the double sinker push cam, and is now equipped on ARTEX machines. This device is optional.

The cylinder is made of high quality swedish steel, and processed by computer milling. Quality conforms to ARTEX CO. (USA) standard.
