Single Jersey Auto-Striper (Electronic Control) Circular Knitting Machine
Machine Features

Take Down System: Mechanical folding and rolling device. With a gear box. Apply for various types of fabrics. The fabric pulling and rolling are constant and do not influence the yarn tension.
Striper Feeder:
The striper feeder is based on the friction principle and applied on auto striper circular knitting machines. The income yarn is guided through ceramic eyelets and a spring-loaded compensation arm, and wound around the feed wheel for 1 - 2 circles. The two-part feed wheel is wrapped with rubber friction ring, which ensure the constant of the yarn transport. Once the yarn is inserted, the compensation arm is drawn towards the feed wheel due to the resulting yarn tension. By means of the friction between yarn and the rubber ring on the feed wheel, the striper feeder provides a reliable yarn transport.
Motor: National standard TA-TUNG or FUKUTA motor.
Inverter: Japan TOSHIBA or MITSUBISHI inverter.
Safety gate confirm to CE certificate. When the gate is open, the machine stops running immediately. This is to secure the operator safety. 
Needle oil: Use UNIWAVE SUPER CLEAN MIST OIL #509 to ensure long durability for needles and offer well performance and fabric clean.

Main Gear Driving system: Use oil bath wire bearing. In long-running and loading, the twin sets bearings are lubricated with adequate oil, which can reduce the machine temperature and extend the machine life.

Stitch adjustment is effected by shims. Also the cam holder is equipped with the fine tuning digital buttons for accurately adjusting the required stitch length.
Fluff suction device: It is easy for fluff and dust disposal by using central air sucking device and can avoid the fluff adhering to the fabric.
Japan WAC control system for auto-striper: The pattern data input through the LCD touch panel. The computer program controls the changing for 4/6 colors stripe fabric. By means of the control panel, it is easy to change/select the color yarn, and modify the stripe width.
Equipped with Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system to prevent data loss or system damage from power failure.
The maximum storage on the controller: 100 patterns files.
Auto striper: Each striper unit with 4/6 striper fingers and each finger with individual yarn gripper and cutter. Different counts of yarns can be used. The piezoelectric actuator receives the command signal to conduct the action of color yarns selecting or changing for each feed striper. When the cam guides the striper finger back, the yarn gripper and cutter thus grips and cuts the yarn and stay for next action of yarn changing and feeding. The function allows a same feed to be fed the yarns in the same color.
New type LCD main control panel is more delicate than conventional control panel. It can monitor the abnormal situation and display related data for machine RPM, needle detector, etc. to keep the machine in normal running.
