Performance Features
A. 

Gear drive uses England-made healy wire race bearings. During high speed operation, all roller balls receive full lubrication. In prolonged operation, these roller balls do not get damaged easily. This extends usable machine life. 

Oil bath type is special device, and now equipped on the machines for American market only.
B. Interchangeable cam and cam holder at same size, even with other machines.

Computer-milled cam holder has accurate graduation for numerical adjustments, Setting of cam holder is by single bevel screw that reduces cam change time, and assures 100% setting accuracy. 

C. Cam holder set adopts 1 and 2 track.

The BIR-1 series comes with knitting design of Dial 1 Track, Cylinder 1 Track (single track) which precision design provides you with a prompt shift from 1x1 to 2x2 without additional adjustments. The BIR-1 is an on-vogue unit providing smooth operation in thick needle knitted RIB fabrics or other garment accessories. Each feeder is designed to knit 2 yarns at a time (Lycra yarn also can be added for fabric such like trousers, cuffs and jacket bottoms as well as elastic fabrics) 

It comes with feeders of 1.2, 1.6/per inch as a standard model. 

The BIR-2 features knitting of Dial 2 Tracks, Cylinder 2 Tracks and the closed cam route provides the user with a wide maneuverability as in addition to knitting the 1x1, 2x2 fabrics, the Tuck cam makes it ideal for beehive type fabrics and multi-fold goods as well as texture with LYCRA YARNS. 
D. Control panels use push-button type that are structurally excellent and durable.

4-digit production counter is standard. 

3-shift production counter is optional.

Taiwan "Hsing Hua" brand multi-tube oil mist lubricator is standard.

Drive

The U.S.A. standard 3-shaft transmission system is capable of maintaining the mean roundness in repeated use without generating an offcenter. 

In order to facilitate test-runs, and changing of cams and needles, The upper leg portion of this machine installed with 2 American type handle bars. Save labor & save operation time. 
Us national standard TATUNG motor. 
JAPAN SANKEN & MITSUBISH inverter is standard. 
Take-down device of 120-step manual-speed changing is standard. 

Electric Take-down is optional.
Safety net adopts American specified fence-type safety net design. (every safety net has a safety switch for safety, machine immediately stops running when it is opened. )

Speed indicated in table per test conducted with CVC 30S/1 cotton yarn and 20G needles. Optimum speed depends upon yarn, gauge number and needle oil used.

All models use Fukahamh USA type ST/24V or SG/24V. (single layer punch or single gear type)

Other brand or German-made Memminger MPF are optional.
B.  Memminger D/8 type comicreel is standard.

Tuber creel or over head creel are optional.
C.  Radar cleaning fan and center tuber cleaning device are standard.

Other American and German-made are optional.
D.  Touch type needle switch is standard.

Fabric Features
A.  This machine is capable for knitting 1x1, 2x1, 2x2 rib fabric. Such as natural & artificial fiber yarns for underwear, sports wear...etc.
B.  Matched with special yarn design (such as lycra, elastomeric yarn, ...etc.) it can knit cuffs, collars, jacket bottoms, ...etc.
C.  It can knit printed fabrics and multi-fold fabrics.
