The machine is equipped with 1-track cam on dial & 2-track cam on cylinder. One German FESTO air cylinder is used for each feeder of dial while two of the FESTO air cylinders are used for each feeder of cylinder. (The appliance of using the German FESTO air cylinder on knitting machine is in patent pending.) To cope with computer, this device can easily and promptly change patterns, shift knit and tuck position under high-speed production.

A. |
Equipped with self-developed computer components & connected with Notebook, the machine changes patterns from the Monitor directly and conveniently. |

With an air regulating valve, each air cylinder can regulate its pressure and eliminate noise. |
| C. |
A slow motion transmission case controlled by the stepping motor on driving gear helps the machine speed to be adjustable on high-speed running. |
| D. |
Gear driven uses oil bath bearings. In long time & high-speed operation all roller balls receive full lubrication which will decrease operation temperature and extend the life of the machine. |

Besides producing elbow pad, kneecap, shank cap, bracer
etc, the CRB1 series also make fabric for medical usage.
This machine also can knit rubber yarn and lycra yarn in addition. |

The Memminger IRO EFS 620 device is used to substitute for old-style diagonal roller and to adjust the tension of the rubber yarn. |
