Machine Features

Motorized Take Down System: with a torque motor and driven by mechanical transmission. Suitable for different kinds of fabric rolling-up. The fabric pulling and rolling are steady and do not influence the yarn tension.
SFE Storage Feeder:
A sensor mechanism controls the size of the yarn store on the rotating spool body of the device. A microprocessor actuates the device motor in a way which ensures that the number of yarn windings remains constant. 
As the high acceleration and braking capacity of SFE, a very small yarn store can be achieved. The yarn storage is stepless adjustable by a photoelectric sensors.
The significant advantage of SFE:
Compensating and equalizing the tension variations of input yarn caused by the yarn package and yarn passage, it allows the output yarns to be fed at a constant tension. The different tension rings are applied for different output yarn tensions demand.
Motor: National standard TA-TUNG or FUKUTA motor
Inverter: Japanese TOSHIBA or MITSUBISHI inverter.
Safety gate with CE certificate. While the gate is opened, the machine stops running immediately. This is to secure the operator safety.
Needle oil: Use UNIWAVE SUPER CLEAN MIST OIL #509 to ensure long durability for needles and offers well performance and fabric clean.
Main Gear Driving system: Use oil bath wire bearing. (Twin wire bearings: vertical and horizontal). In long-running and loading, the bearings are lubricated with adequate oil, which can reduce the machine temperature and extend the machine life.
OIL BATH Wire Bearing: UK Healy Wire Race Bearing.
Central stitch control device on the DIAL: (A dial indicator attached on the Dial ). Lift or lower the DIAL to adjust the stitch thickness.
FUKAHAMA patent recurring blower system: A swing motor driven, the blower moving leftward/rightward, which can fast clean the fluff from the dial and cylinder, and save a lot of compressed air.
The machine is fitted with electronic needle selection system: (Double selection): This system allows various stitch possibilities: Jacquard, Knit, Tuck, Welt, and 8-lock based structure. Convert the pattern structure to commands through the computer system, any complex pattern can be produced.
WAC Electronic needle selection system:
Each feed is fitted with a "3 position 16 step piezoelectric actuator". The current and voltage act on the piezo-ceramic, which makes the actuator finger upward or downward to drive the 
selection jack for needle selection. In long-running, with low power consumption and moderate heat, the piezoelectric actuator ensures the precision of needle selection.
The forced regression design of cam ensures the needle selecting cycle more accurate and without elastic fatigue, also keeps the machine in a certain speed and output. 
WAC Electronic Controller: Control the system with a touch screen interface. The function including: Data input, machine test, reset, color change, and so on. (2,3,4 colors double Jacquard, relief jacquard, welt). All patterns and datum can be read from the screen and transfer to machine command. 
New type main control panel is more delicate than conventional control panel.
It can monitor the knitting abnormal situation and display related data about machine RPM, needle detector, etc.
