37 Steps Semi-Jacquard Double Knitting Machine
Machine Features

Cylinder：Made of high quality Swedish steel, and processed by CNC computer milling.
Control panel：Touch type panel with digital counter for 3 shift and RPM meter.
Lubricator：FUKAHAMA brand multi-tube oil mist lubricator.
Motor：National standard Ta-Tung or Fukuta motor.
Inverter：Japanese Toshiba or Mitsubishi inverter device.
Machine legs：Equipped with JOG/STOP/START switches on 3 legs. 2 side legs with handle bar. Easy operation for test run.
Fabric take down device：Rolling type 176-speed manual gearbox.
Option Extra：Electrical take down and Folding type take down.
Safety gate：Safety gate with CE certificate. The machine stop running immediately while the gate is open to ensure the operator safety.
Needle oil：Use UNIWAVE SUPER CLEAN MIST OIL #509 to ensure long durability for needles and keep well performance and fabric clean.

Control panel
Main Gear Driving：Use oil bath wire bearing. The balls are lubricated sufficiently. This will lower the machine temperature in long time and high speed operation, and extend the machine life.
Wire bearing：Oil bath type, UK Healy Wire Race Bearing.
Central stitch control device on the DIAL：(A dial indicator attached). Lift or lower the DIAL to adjust the stitch thickness.
Dial Cams：With DIAL 2 TRACKS precise design is easy for adjustment.
Jacquard Selection is functioned by 37 independent pattern jacks, needle jacks, and cylinder needles. The Selection Unit controls the pattern jacks to be pushed earlier or delayed into the cylinder. Follow the track of needle jack in the cams, the needles are respectively guided into the knit, tuck and welt positions.
Selection Device：Each feed owns a selection unit. A selection unit consists of 39 diagonal levers and 40 T-type shims, one after one interval overlap. Moving the respective pattern levers simply by hand, then the pattern jacks are pushed and pressed to guide needles into respective tracks. No need to use any auxiliary device or tooling to change the structure. Pattern levers can precisely control the pattern jack. The selector with a locking cover ensures the accuracy when the machine running in high speed.
Three Track Technique：A selection unit is only for a feed changing the structure. For the change of the needle tracks, the selection unit must coordinate with the pattern jacks. Remove the cover from the selection unit: When swiveling the pattern lever in the middle, the needle is into KNIT position. Swiveling the pattern lever to the right, the needle is into TUCK position. Swiveling the pattern lever to the left, the needle is into WELT position. With the change & combination of Three tracks and 37steps pattern jacks on each feed can stitch various beautiful pattern designs.

The above speed is tested in 24G with one TC/30S yarn, one 75D polyester yarn and one 30/S C yarn. The speed may difference according to the yarn, gauge, temperature and needle oil used.
