Our factory produced the six-lock & eight-lock circular knitting machines since 1990, But it is included in the IAG4 series. Now, for the market's demand, we especially expanded one production line for making this machine. Its high quality & high production will bring the great profits for users.

Performance Features

Gear drive uses England-made healy wire race bearings. During high speed operation, all roller balls receive full lubrication. In prolonged operation, these roller balls do not get damaged easily. This extends usable machine life.

Oil bath type is special device, and now equipped on the machines for American market only.

Interchangeable cam and cam holder at same size, even with other machines.

Computer-milled cam holder has accurate graduation for numerical adjustments, Setting of cam holder is by single bevel and screw that reduces cam change time, and assures 100% setting accuracy.

Adjustment of the stitch adopts the dial central adjusting system, accurate and convenient.

The IAG24 series comes with the knitting design of dial 2 tracks, cylinder 4 tracks (Six-Lock type), which precision design provides you with a prompt & easy exchange of knitting.

Cam holder of machine IAG24 as follow

1.	Dial HB cams 1 x 1/2 x 1/4 (HB knit track 1 row x HB welt track 1/2 row x HB tuck track 1/4 row)

2.	Dial LB cams 1/2 x 1/2 x 1/4 (LB knit track 1/2 row x LB welt track 1/2 row x LB tuck track 1/4 row)

3.	Cylinder cams 2 x 3 x 1 (2 knit-track cam cylinder x 3 welt-track cam cylinder x 1 tuck-track cam cylinder)

Control panels use push-button type that are structurally excellent and durable.

4-digit production counter is standard.

3-shift production counter and R.P.M. are standard.

Taiwan "Hsing Hua" brand multi-tube oil mist lubricator is standard.

USA Uniwave Quantum & Germany Memminger Pulsonic 3 type lubricator is optional.

F.	Drive
		The U.S.A. standard 3-shaft transmission system is capable of maintaining the mean roundness in repeated use without generating an offcenter.
		In order to facilitate test-runs, and changing of cams and needles, The upper leg portion of this machine installed with 2 American type handle bars. Save labor & save operation time.
		Uses national standard TATUNG motor.
		JAPAN SANKEN & MITSUBISH inverter is standard.
		Take-down device of 120-step manual-speed changing is standard.
		Safety net adopts American specified fence-type safety net design. (every safety net has a safety switch for safety, machine immediately stops running when it is opened. )

Speed indicated in table is per test conducter with TC 30S/1 cotton yarn and 24G needles. Optimum speed depends upon yarn, gauge number and needle oil used.

Other brand or German-made Memminger MPF are optional.

Uses German side creel assembly D/8 type is standard.

Tuber creel or over head creel are optional.

360^o Radar cleaning fan and center tuber cleaning device are standard.

Other American and German-made radar cleaning fan & tuber cleaning device are optional.

Touch type needle switch is standard.

Fabric Features

Suitable for knitting interlock, panto D1 roma, 1 x 1 rib, 2 x 2 rib interlock eight lock, mila no rib, single pique, ...etc. High quality fabrics of natural cotton yarns & artificial fiber yarns.

Combined the special yarns (such as lycra yarn, P.P 120/80F x 2 yarn, ...etc.), the IAG44 series can knit multi-fold fabric & quality sports suits.

Also available for knitting printing fabrics & industrial fabrics.

Other Features :

Uses Groz-Beckert high speed, high performance needles.

Uses Uniwave needle oil #500. It gives excellent lubrication and stable high speed operation in both cold and hot climate areas.
