| A. |
Gear-driven use English-made healy wire race bearings. In long time & high speed operation, all roller balls receive fully lubrication which can decrease operating temperature. This can extend usable machine life.

Equipped with one way bearing at the middle part of main transmission gear, that ensure good stability while brakes under high speed operation, and will not leave track. |

Computer-milled cam holder and dial have accurate graduation for numerical adjustments, which assures 100% setting accuracy in long-time running. |

Cam holder set available 1 or 2-track adjustment on customers' requirements. |

The RBG4 series adopt dial 1 track & cylinder 1 track (single track type) which precision design provides you with a speedy changing from 1x1 to 2x1, or 2x2 without additional adjustment. RBG4 suitable for knitting underwear fabric, collar, cuff and other garment accessories. It can knit 2 yarns in per feeder. (Lycra yarn device also can be added.) It also can knit the fabrics of sporting goods, medical products, ...etc. |

The RBG4A series dial 2 tracks, cylinder 2 tracks. Its closed cam route provides the unit with versatile selections for knitting 1x1, 2x1, 2x2, interlock fabrics. On the other hand, RBG4 with tuck cam so it also can knit double-faced fabrics and can be installed lycra device. |
